We had just parted ways with our friends in Kruger National Park on our way to Mala Mala when we lucked into perhaps the rarest major predator in the park.
Every day you can view recent animal sightings in Kruger on the maps at the various camps, and wild dogs were always seen less frequently...
Took a little walk around Fort Borst park in Centralia last week and found that spring really was making an appearance. Trees and shrubs were in bloom, ducks were swimming, gulls were hiding inland from storms on the coast, river otters were frolicking and one lone white goose with pretty blue...
Built in the mid to late 1800's, this barn is still standing after all these years of Wyoming winters. It is located on a road called "Mormon Row" in the heart of Jackson Hole, Grand Teton National Park.
I got several great shots of this fox in Yellowstone last year. She evidently was trying to decoy myself and others there the location of her den, as she kept running back and forth around us. She probably had little kits in the den.
What a great lake for reflections!! This is located just outside of Enumclaw. There is a great walking trail around the lake, covered area for picnics, climbing toy for the kids. Beautiful place!
