Fish hatchery butterfly

Here is a butterfly I photographed at the Willow Creek fish hatchery in Edmonds on Wednesday (4/2/14).

It looks like Polygonia faunus, aka the green comma. http://www.butterfliesandmoths.org/species/Polygonia-faunus

Is it a local species or a visitor?

Terry and I stopped by the fish hatchery after lunch on Monday (6/22/15). No birds were present, so we had to settle for photographing some insects.

Here is a pretty butterfly that was flying around the area.

For some reason, the bushes at the dead-end street by the fish hatchery, where we usually park our cars, attract butterflies. Here is one I saw Friday (4/8/16). I know it is native to the PNW, but I cannot remember its name.
