while i was at the park this afternoon i saw this great blue heron struggling to swallow a huge bullfrog. the action was too far away for a good shot - about 80 yards - and the heron was facing the wrong way, but i did manage to catch a couple of shots. this is one of the best... 40D, 400mm, 1/320 @ f/8.

Well, I can understand why you might have wanted him facing the other way, but I'd certainly call that a good shot!
