Flat calm for a full day of kayaking on Drayton Harbor this past Wednesday. The big numbers are yet to come, but the long-tails are entertaining enough.

Thanks, Rocky. They're Arctic ducks and are often the most numerous Arctic species.
We usually have a good contingent at Blaine/Semiahmoo during the winter months.
