if you mean how many trips to the park to get one doing this, well, that took about 3 years' worth of visits. if you mean how long to catch this particular shot, well, about 1/640 of a second!

That's a tough shot to get! I spent a couple of hours over in Richland one evening, trying to get the classic shot of a Pelican with a fish in his mouth. Took lots of shots, never did get the one I wanted, even though they were catching them right and left. They gulp 'em down fast, and the fish were tiny.
