Western grebe in the marina at Westport yesterday... there were a pair of them, lazily drifting, got within about 50 feet of me before they even took notice. They posed for a bit and then slowly swam away. Such elegant creatures...

Fortunately, its mojo is weak.. the hex didn't work. I got some more shots of a Wilson's warbler yesterday! ;) High ISO, cuz the little stinker was hiding in deep shade, but I got 'im!
