Stopped off at Westport on the way home from Tokeland on Saturday... pelicans were still very much in evidence, and some still in breeding plumage...

Synchronized preening... apparently, flying isn't the only thing pelicans do in formation! :D

Thanks, Terry! Some had molted out of breeding colors, but a few were still in their courtin' finery! :)
