John here. Just got a pentax k-7 for Christmas. I love snapping pics whenever I go anywhere, mostly nature and landscapes. I like the themed contests as it'll make me shoot things I probably wouldn't think of myself.
 
Let me be the first to say "welcome" and please post some shots. Everyone here is nice and helpful .
 
Haha well I can't say I have much work to show off, just whatever I've shot in the last few days. Unfortunately I have to ship the camera back for replacement since it doesn't like to power on first try. I did post under the December contest.
