Hello,
I'm originally from the Pacific Northwest and just living in the Houston area until such time as I can migrate back north.

I've played with cameras since my early teens, but really got serious about photography about 6 years ago. I do a lot of sports and landscape photography, and I'm just starting to get into portraiture a bit. I have a lot to learn yet.
 
Welcome. There is a diverse group group of Photographers here. I seem to learn something new here everyday.
