Not great images technically, but a neat capture none the less. I didn't have much time to dial these in the way I would have with more time... oh well.

While working in my kitchen yesterday morning, I heard quite the commotion outside, growing louder by the moment. I stepped outside to take a peek and this is what I saw! Unexpected to say the least... There was a police escort for this operation, as well as MANY phone service employees up in lifts, holding up power lines and such. Quite the neat deal.

Oh yeah... I sent in the images to KMTR and they used them on the news last night.

Amy- Thanks! It sure is incredible. And to have pics on the news is a ton of fun. I rarely send em stuff, but everytime I have, they've been used. I get to pretend like I'm a photojournalist for the night!
