Looks to me like a female Black-headed Grosbeak, so Patricia might be a better name choice
His name is LBJ, which stands for "Little Brown Job".
It appears Dave has the correct answer, and you've done a really nice job of photographing him. This little guys are really small, as you notice when you put your lens on them, and getting a large and sharp photo of them is harder than it may appear. Well done!
